Minimalism, a conscious choice

Minimalism, a conscious choice

Clean lines, essential details: rigorous minimalism, increasingly proposed in jewellery, is a conscious choice, revealing the strength and character of a piece devoid of superfluous elements. Minimising design reflects the intention to create truly timeless pieces: a complex task, as it leaves no room for error. Everything must be conceived with the utmost care, in the aspiration toward pure and enduring elegance. The pursuit of simplicity thus transforms into a principle of refined beauty from which many draw. As Antonini Milano, long devoted to the purity of forms, exemplifies. The Siracusa XXL earrings, characterised by soft, tapered curves in 18-carat gold, renew the symbol of infinity, a metaphor for the flow of life. The same principle finds resonance in the sobriety of Crivelli. With Like Naked, the most essential collection of the iconic Like, subtraction becomes an aesthetic vocabulary: the Slim gold ring with diamond accompanies the wearer without imposing itself, leaving space for the authentic light of every woman. Finally, Veneroso transforms the search for essentiality into conceptual narrative. Inspiration drawn from the imaginative world of ancient peoples materialises in a necklace inspired by stone monoliths, whose allure remains enveloped in mystery. Gold, polished or satin-finished, preserves the essentiality of the original forms to such an extent that it seems itself sculpted, smoothed, and decorated with precious inlays.
