The necklace and its most evocative symbols

The necklace and its most evocative symbols

Contemporary jewelry is increasingly enriched with creations full of meaning. Jewelry, understood as an amulet to wear every day, regardless of its material value, is now among the most sought-after choices, especially when it comes to necklaces. The neck, in fact, remains the ideal place to keep what we believe in: good luck charms, protective symbols, or signs of connection with loved ones.
An idea clearly expressed in Ammanii’s My Lady collection, born from the personal journey of the designer, committed to finding her path and overcoming fear. Among the pieces, Amulet stands out, a necklace that celebrates deep friendship, handcrafted in vermeil gold over a sterling silver base, with a satin finish, hand-set zircon stones, and a blue topaz. The design tells a story of infinite love for oneself and others, evoked by a horseshoe for luck and a protective eye to guide the way. The eye that protects or opens us to new perspectives is one of the most recognized and appreciated symbols. Cedille Paris offers an elegant and modern reinterpretation of it, with a pendant in 18k rose gold, enriched with dark diamonds and drops of blue sapphire. With a more essential approach, Lavinia Fuksas presents the Rekhale pendants, featuring a rhombus motif, a distinctive and recurring shape, symbol of spirituality and inner harmony. Malachite, mother-of-pearl, and onyx enhance its resonance, turning the piece into a daily invitation to reflect and connect with something greater.
